Finding your passion is a lifelong pursuit for most people. A journey of self-reflection, of mis-starts and hard stops, of celebrations and sorrows. But in a society that measures success often by a yardstick of busy-ness and to-do lists, it’s easy to be so overwhelmed that it’s hard to even find the time to do the work. Join our presenter, Carrie Allen as she discusses techniques to get clearer about when to say yes and maybe more importantly, when to say no.

Carrie Allen is currently the Senior Vice President of Consumer Lending, Marketing and Business Development at Heritage Family Credit Union. She has 20+ years of sales and marketing experience. Carrie is an active community volunteer who has come to realize connections and partnerships are the way to a life of more! She says she doesn’t have any cool ideas alone, but is really excited to work together to grow each of our ideas exponentially.
Carrie lives in Rutland City, with her husband, polydactyl kitty and lap weimaraner puppy. She loves running, local beer and adventure dinners, and has a love/hate relationship with golf and skiing. We live in a beautiful state and are so lucky that it’s grand in stature but small enough in space that we can all be connected if we want to be. Carrie is super excited to meet more women, who have really cool ideas and can’t wait to see what ideas might grow!
