Drea Tremols is cuban-american transplant to Vermont from the southern United States. She graduated from the BodySoul Massage and Bodywork School in St. Albans, Vermont in 2017. She has partnered with the fantastic team at Cedarwood Natural Health Center in South Burlington where she enjoys working with patients from all walks of life as she supports their chiropractic care with massage and sports therapy. She is certified in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Ashiatsu Barefoot massage, Manual Lymph Drainage and Soft Tissue Release. She has practiced meditation and energy healing work for over 14 years and is a Master Reiki practitioner. She holds workshops and classes in energy healing, mindfulness meditation, and Thai yoga massage. In 2019 she acquired her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and now offers online yoga classes through the non-profit Story Yoga, Inc.
