It’s tricky for women to self-advocate for a couple of reasons: at work we tend to be judged more harshly than men for doing it. And in life our good girl conditioning reminds us not to rock the boat, let things be, and be happy with what we have. Even if it is not enough, we are not satisfied, we know we deserve more…
Then we realize that we do want change in order to get the roles we want, the clients, the income, and the opportunities we desire. It’s time to figure out just how to do that.
Deb’s interactive presentation will support you with information and skills for you to prepare for self-advocacy in a situation of your choice. Break down the myths, realize your power, and create your individual strategy for stepping into advocating for *you*!
