Over the past year, many of us have experienced major shifts in our personal and professional lives and are continuing to find new ways to adapt. Reflexology is a profoundly relaxing, unique touch technique that targets points on the feet, hands, and ears corresponding to the rest of the body in order to promote wellness, relieve pain, and reduce tension. Best of all, there are simple techniques that you can easily use for self-care, whether you are working from home, or adjusting to new ways of interacting in-person. Melanie Giangreco, National Board-Certified Reflexologist and owner of Mpath Well-being will provide an overview of reflexology and how it can contribute to personal and workplace wellness, lead attendees through simple relaxation routines, and allow time for breakout sessions for everyone to share and brainstorm wellness strategies that contribute to health and productivity.
