New Year’s Resolutions To Feed Your Business and Your Spirit w/ Emily Eley

Loading Events
Participants will enter the New Year with a fresh shift in perspective and a positive, uplifted outlook on the year ahead.

I believe you can have it all AND only you can define what “all” is. I believe it’s possible to balance being a business owner, a partner, a parent, an athlete, a friend, an activist and more. We all have needs and we all deserve to have those needs met. Yet, too often, we get stuck. Stuck working for someone we don’t respect. Stuck doing work we don’t believe in or care about. Stuck still not making enough money to meet our needs or the needs of the folks who depend on us.

Together we will examine the pieces of our work and lives that make us feel “stuck” and then develop resolutions (i.e. objectives with a clear path laid out) to address those sticking points and find freedom for all aspects of our businesses and lives. Participants will enter the New Year with a fresh shift in perspective and a positive, uplifted outlook on the year ahead.

Emily is a politicized facilitator, speaker on post-capitalist economics, anti-capitalist business advisor, caregiver, and carpenter. Her mission is to support womxn-owned businesses, BIPOC-owned businesses, queer-owned businesses, and other folks from marginalized communities to generate social and ecological value, with and without financial return. Her joy is in helping folks envision a post-capitalist world, one conversation (or carpentry project) at a time.
