Learn solutions that help people easily live, bake, and eat gluten free at home.

What does gluten free mean? How do I know if wheat or gluten is in food or in a food product? What are some tips and tricks for eating gluten free in restaurants or with family or friends? How can I bake a tasty gluten-free cookie? It may feel challenging or stressful or both, trying to eat gluten free, but this presentation should help ease these feelings so you can have a blissfully gluten-free life!
