Learn how to get out of your way by getting out of your head and into your body – at work. Discover a method of connecting to your other ways of knowing and experiencing the world in order to tap into a deep well for inspiration. Through the process of embodied connection, you can also develop skills for self-awareness and regulation, as well as deeper presence and listening that will be felt and appreciated by your colleagues.
This workshop will engage the body and require some movement. It can be done seated or standing if space allows. Bring something to write with and write on! It’s time to switch up your work routine, move and breathe, and connect with yourself to connect more fully with your work and with others!

About Christine Badalamenti Smith, Owner of Yoga Oggi:
Christine is the owner and founder of Yoga Oggi. Christine is a Certified Yoga Therapist trained in the Phoenix Rising method of Yoga Therapy that utilizes the teachings, research, and practice of Yoga, Buddhism, Neuroscience, and Psychology to offer a therapeutic experience addressing mental and emotional health and wellbeing. She sees individual clients, couples, and groups at her office and online.
Christine is also a Certified Mindful Outdoor Guide through the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership. She creates experiences in nature that connect participants to our most fundamental relationship with the Earth that breathes us into life. This process is called Rewilding. Rewilding is a pathway to rediscover your deep connection to nature and the more-than-human world.
Both of these services are healing, transformative, and empowering. Yoga Therapy helps clients to inhabit and feel at home and connected in their bodies. Rewilding helps people mindfully inhabit and feel at home in the more-than-human world.
Christine is also recognized as a 500-Hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) through Yoga Alliance. She has over 2000 hours of specialized training. Christine views each individual as a complete, integrated system of body, mind, spirit, and environment. Wellbeing, contentment, and success are present when all parts of the system and all aspects and challenges of our 21st Century lives are acknowledged and aligned.
