When Saying No is Saying Yes: Embodied Alignment for Holistic Decision-Making and Work-Life Management

Loading Events

Get ready to breathe and move! This workshop will be an introduction to embodiment for the purpose of aligning the Self in order to move forward boldly with confidence. It will be an opportunity to reflect on existing work-life balance and determine the key values that will be the guardrails for protecting and enhancing your energy, resilience, and vitality. It will be a new way of including and embracing the whole Self in your work.

Participants will learn how to partner with their bodies for an experience of presence, connection, and awareness unlike what they’ve felt before. They will use this to access their most fundamental truths and ground their decision-making process in their deepest values, not just the conditioning and patterning of the cognitive mind. They will be able to know when saying “no” is saying “yes” to what is most important to them.

Participants can expect to move, whether seated or standing, and are encouraged to be prepared in clothes that can move with them. Participants will also be led through supportive breath practices to enable them to manage their state of being. They will get a chance to reflect on their experience and create useful takeaways during a prompted journaling activity.

Only when we are in harmony and partnering with our whole being do we have complete sovereignty over our actions and their outcomes. It’s then that we can access our limitless potential and power and shine as brightly as we are!
