Doing Business Better: Choosing Software | Charlene W. of Operations Plus

Scheduling, credit card processing, website, projects, webforms…Can new software really give my business operations a boost?

This session is your opportunity to dive into the operations side of your business, with a focus on software solutions. Software can help you track sales, deliver services efficiently, process orders, manage your time and so much more. Can software help YOU? How do you find the right program?

Small business operations expert Charlene Wallace will be on hand to look at your real-world business challenges and make suggestions for how to move forward on solving them. She has selected and implemented dozens of different software solutions for businesses, from complex industry-specific service management platforms to basic appointment scheduling programs.

You, as Chapter Meeting Participants, will drive the conversation. This will be a working session, with each of us learning from the others’ stories. Bring your gnarly systems questions to the discussion! When you register, you’ll be asked what operational challenges you’d like help with right now, and Charlene will address decisions you’re wrestling with in the session.

Provided by the Burlington Chapter Coordinators. Due to concerns around COVID-19 all WBON chapter meetings will be held virtually through Zoom at least through 2020. An email containing the link will be sent prior to the event date. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Christine at
