2022 has arrived and with it comes the invitation to be braver with our lives and businesses. In this workshop we will use journaling and a sharing circle to explore what fears come up for us most as we set our intentions for 2022 and empower ourselves to move through them from a place of courage.
Some of the fears we will explore include: Fear of being oneself, fear of rejection, imposter syndrome, and fear of losing momentum (the ticking clock). The workshop will begin with an introduction to the topic and to one another. You will then be presented with a bundle of questions to help you look inward and explore this topic. We will then open it up to sharing. We encourage kindness and listening without commentary as each of us are choosing to be vulnerable by sharing our exploration. The event will finish with a closing ritual to send you back into your journey feeling centered and inspired.
Please bring a journal, something to write with, an open heart and a cup of coffee if you like.
