Catherine Hamilton, of BlueCross BlueShield of Vermont, will lead us in a dialogue about what it means to be a fierce, fearless leader in today’s world, as a woman and as a business owner. We will explore:
We will also talk about why it is so important to be fearless in today’s complex world -- at work, at home and in the communities in which we live. We'll discuss what’s at stake for ourselves, each other, and our businesses if we are not fierce. - strategies for dealing with partners and colleagues within this context
Finally, we will talk about intention setting, the importance of trusting yourself, and taking care of yourself so that you can care for others and your business – bringing people together in full “fierceness.”
