Monica Lalime

Monica Lalime comes to WBON with 25 years of Accounting and Business Operations experience. In 2019, she started Monica’s Accounting and Bookkeeping Services to help and support small business owners. She recently obtained her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Management with a 4.0 GPA. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Monica’s experience working as a Controller, Accounting Manager and Business Operations Manager for 13 years for small businesses has given her the knowledge to understand the financial and administrative needs of many different types of businesses. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience to help and support other members to achieve their goals. Monica is being nominated for her first three-year term as WBON Treasurer.

Marie Eddy, MS, GCDF, CCSP

Marie Eddy is a certified career services provider. In 2018 she started her business, a full-service career counseling company. She works with people wherever they are on their career journey. Her goal is to increase clients’ confidence as they navigate the job search process. She also provides workshops and consultation to companies on career-related topics. Marie is being nominated for her first three-year term on the WBON Leadership Team.

Christina Ubl

Christina R. Ubl is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™. She joined Clute Wealth Management (a Registered Investment Advisor and separate entity from LPL Financial) in 2000 and became a partner in 2014. As a partner, she enjoys the opportunity to work with small business owners and individuals on a daily basis helping them to pursue their financial and personal goals. She helps them to understand both the short- and long-term financial decisions. Securities and advisory services offered through LPL Financial, a registered investment advisor. Member FINRA/SIPC. Financial planning offered through Clute Wealth Management, LLC. Christina is being nominated for her second three-year term on the WBON Executive Team.

Rosann Kramer

Rosann Kramer, Owner of Runway Auto, did not grow up in the Collision Industry. After putting herself through college and armed with a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University, Rosann went to work for DuPont Performance Coatings in 1998. Thinking she would work for DuPont in the Collision Industry for a few years, Rosann has now over 23 years’ experience in the Collision Industry. In her 16 years with DuPont Rosann worked as a Business Consultant to single location Body Shops and National Accounts with over 100 Body Shop locations. She also earned her MBA and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in 2007. Rosann has written two articles published in Nevada Automotive Professional and was featured on their cover in 2011. Finding and buying Runway Auto brought Rosann and Joe, her husband, to Vermont in 2014 and was profitable its first full year in business. Being a part of the community inspired her to donate three vehicles since 2018 to deserving individuals in Vermont. Rosann is proud that in 2020 they did not lay off any employees, cut hours or pay despite a financially horrible year. Rosann has been a Member of Women’s Industry Network since 2008, a Referral Partner in BNI since 2015, a Member of Women Business Owners Network (WBON) since 2018, WBON Conference Sponsor since Spring 2019 and an Annual Sponsor of Women Business Owners Network since 2021. Rosann is being nominated for her first three-year term as a WBON Board Member.
Jessie Swétel
Account Executive, Vermont Business Magazine

Jessie Swétel began her business career by spending 9 years as co-owner of Vermont Awards and Engraving. In April of 2020 she joined the team at Vermont Business Magazine as an Account Executive, helping advertisers in the NEK, Central and Southern Vermont connect with the business community across the state. She also works part time as a Veterinary Assistant at the Milton Veterinary Hospital, utilizing her Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science to serve the pets and people of her local community during the difficult times presented by the pandemic. She previously served a 3 year term on the Board of Directors and is glad to return to support WBON.
Jessica Fuster

Jessica Fuster is the Owner of Destinations Found in Pittsfield, Vermont, where she curates custom experiences as an event planner and venue consultant for weddings, destination events, and wellness retreats. After years of working in the leisure, travel & tourism industry Jessica added business school, earned the designation Master Certified Wedding Planner, and in 2013 launched her business from her native state of Vermont. Jessica is being nominated for her first three-year term as a WBON Board Member.
