Rosann Kramer, Owner of Runway Auto, did not grow up in the Collision Industry. After putting herself through college and armed with a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University, Rosann went to work for DuPont Performance Coatings in 1998. Thinking she would work for DuPont in the Collision Industry for a few years, Rosann has now over 23 years’ experience in the Collision Industry. In her 16 years with DuPont Rosann worked as a Business Consultant to single location Body Shops and National Accounts with over 100 Body Shop locations. She also earned her MBA and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in 2007. Rosann has written two articles published in Nevada Automotive Professional and was featured on their cover in 2011. Finding and buying Runway Auto brought Rosann and Joe, her husband, to Vermont in 2014 and was profitable its first full year in business. Being a part of the community inspired her to donate three vehicles since 2018 to deserving individuals in Vermont. Rosann is proud that in 2020 they did not lay off any employees, cut hours or pay despite a financially horrible year. Rosann has been a Member of Women’s Industry Network since 2008, a Referral Partner in BNI since 2015, a Member of Women Business Owners Network (WBON) since 2018, WBON Conference Sponsor since Spring 2019 and an Annual Sponsor of Women Business Owners Network since 2021. Rosann is being nominated for her first three-year term as a WBON Board Member.
