Will you be offering refreshments during the event?

Since this is a half day event we will not be providing a full lunch. However, snacks and beverages will be on hand to keep everyone fueled! Contact us at conference@wbon.org to discuss any dietary restrictions.

What is the refund policy?

Monica Chapman

Monica Chapman is co-owner of Construction Management Direct (CMD). In addition to being a managing partner at CMD she also has a full time role with PuroClean Managed Services in Business Development and Marketing. Monica is a nationally recognized leader in commercial and residential restoration; hosts and conducts training seminars, works as a lifestyle model for Boston and New York talent agencies and recently joined the board of Vermont Works for Women. Monica lives in Burlington with her blended family of 6.

Mary Catherine Jones

Mary Catherine Jones is the owner and principal talent of Voice Over Vermont and has been bringing the written word to life for over 20 years. Her BA in psychology enables her to articulate the unspoken messages inherent in the scripts she receives. Mary Catherine makes her living by “word of mouth”!

Vickie Wacek

Vickie Wacek is the Executive Director of BNI Vermont, has a degree in Mathematics and 2 degrees in Opera Singing. She is still actively involved as a professional Opera Singer and has been teaching voice lessons for over 17 years. She serves as Secretary on BNI’s Franchise Advisory Counsel and is a board member on the ALS Association Northern New England Advisory Counsel. She also is the accordion-ist with the Vermont-based German Polka Band named IN-ZEL-DOOD-LER.

Jill Davies

After years of working in the corporate world as a management consultant helping businesses achieve their goals, Jill Davies now spends her time teaching The Avatar Course to people who want to make a change in their life and achieve their goals. Jill lives in Woodstock, Vermont. She is President of the WBON Board, a member of the Woodstock’s Selectboard and President of the Woodstock Community Trust.

Ellen Albertson

Dr. Ellen is an entrepreneur, psychologist, registered dietitian nutritionist, Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Mindful Self-compassion Teacher and Reiki Master.She has over 25 years experience and is the author of four books as well as multiple articles. Dr. Ellen has appeared on Extra, Maury Povitch, the Food Network, and ABC World News and been quoted in Reader’s Digest, Psychology Today, Women’s Health, Family Circle and WebMD. She is a Glow & Grow Coach.

Beth Martell

Beth has studied human behavior for 30 years with a focus on developmental psychology and child development. A certified Relationship Coach, she works as a Life Coach in private practice helping teens, couples and individuals become their best selves. She also teaches parenting classes and seminars in personal growth. Beth remains a licensed teacher, retired after 26 years of classroom teaching, and was a youth counselor for Vermont’s Department of Children and Families. She also currently works for UVM Extension as a parent educator and is writing a book, Relationship Manual: how we get it wrong and how we can get it right.

Rosann Kramer

Rosann Kramer

Finding and buying Runway Auto brought Rosann and her husband, Joe, to Vermont in 2014. Prior to that, she worked for 16 years as a DuPont Performance Coatings Business Consultant, working with over 100 body shop locations. She has an MBA and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Rosann has written two articles published in Nevada Automotive Professional and was featured on their cover in 2011. Recognizing that having a safe vehicle can change a life, last summer Runway Auto donated a 2010 Nissan to a young mother of two. This year they will be donating a 2015 Subaru to a mom who, with her daughter, fled domestic violence.
