Imposter Syndrome and the Myth of Confidence
Have you ever found yourself drowning in self-doubt, questioning who put you in charge and wondering when the grown-ups are going to step in? You are not alone! Join the Rutland Chapter of WBON (Women Business Owners Network and together we’ll discuss this feeling, where it comes from and why we have it, evolutionarily speaking. We’ll also discuss the "Myth of Confidence" and learn some concrete tools to help us approach those moments of bone-deep self-doubt from a place of grounded empowerment.
Presenter: Michelle Krasny believes that everyone deserves to have a bold, daring career without having to give up their soul or sanity along the way … but that most of us would have a better time crafting such a career if we had access to a few more tools. She brings her background in Neuroscience and Design Thinking into her one-on-one coaching work as she helps early and mid-career professionals and entrepreneurs take stock, and design value-based “experiments” that will help them identify and create their ideal future.
