Things to Think About if NOW is the Time to Expand

Are you wondering if you may have reached the tipping point?
When is enough really enough?
Is now the time to consider expanding your team by hiring an employee?

Whether you’re a solopreneur beginning to think it may be time to add an employee, or you’ve already taken the plunge to create a team, be part of this important conversation.

Michelle Lewis, HR Consultant and Owner of HR Delta, LLC, will help us to explore topics such as:

  • Where do you look for employees?
  • How much should you pay? Should you offer benefits?
  • What exactly is an “exempt” employee, and why should you care?
  • What are some of the other things you should be considering?

Join us for an interactive conversation as we explore these important areas and concepts applicable to organizations of any size…even those whose strategy is to continue as a solopreneur.
