Presentation Overview: Make a Salad in a Jar with Robin Singer and learn to "Eat the Rainbow!".
LOCATION CHANGE: Vermont Technical College. 201 Lawrence Place, Williston, VT. We will meet in Room 201. It's in the building that faces the Superstore on the west, and the door through which we should enter is the one nearest the flagpole. The classroom door is then the first one on the right.
Robin says: “Eating healthy has always been important to me, but I first became familiar with Juice Plus + in 2001. Bring three or 4 quart size wide mouth mason jars and 4 cups of two luscious ingredients washed, chopped, and ready to go

Zucchini • raw or grilled
Apple - with lime or lemon juice
Avocado - with lime or lemon juice
Raisins, cranberries or other dried fruit
Hard boiled egg
Nuts • walnuts, cashews, almonds, pecans, etc
